CONGRATULATIONS TO LAUREN PERCY!!
It was so surreal to me to be watching Miss New Hampshire's Outstanding Teen from the audience with a crown on my head this year. I never would have believed it was possible after having competed in my first pageant ever on that stage just a year before. Just goes to show you what a truly outstanding program this one is. I had the privilege of knowing many of the girls competing this year from having competed before and had the opportunity to meet the newcomers as well. Naturally, every girl shined on that stage. This competition really brings the best out of everyone in it.
As for Lauren, I can't say enough about how much I adore this girl. She is so deserving of this title. She is gorgeous, intelligent, extremely talented, and has a personality that makes everyone around her smile. Although younger than me, she has taught me more than anyone how to succeed in this program. She is extremely passionate about volunteering and will make an amazing representative for the state of New Hampshire this year as she compete in August for Miss America's Outstanding Teen. I wish her the absolute best and know that she'll make us all so proud. Love you Lauren!!
